Compare financing offers. Test your cash flow.
Simulate monthly repayments and remaining debt for up to five offers. Then change interest-rate and cash-flow assumptions to see when available cash could fall below your reserve. No account or email required.
The same starting point
All offers use this amount and currency. Different fees and financed charges are shown separately.
Your offers
Select an offer to edit its terms. The others stay unchanged. The rate is only part of the picture.
Read the cash paid and the remaining debt together. A smaller payment can mean a longer commitment, rather than a lower cost.
Outstanding debt
All offers on the same timeline. Financed fees are included in the opening balance.

Will the repayments fit your cash position?
Add your cash forecast and test a less favourable scenario.
See when the buffer gets thin.
Use your forecast, then change the assumptions. This is a scenario calculation, not a forecast of future business performance or interest rates.
Your cash position
Edit individual months instead of a flat forecast
The monthly amount above fills the forecast. Editing a month overrides only that month. Changing the monthly amount above resets all months.
A less favourable scenario
Only the stress scenario changes. Your original offer terms and base forecast stay intact.
Optional: delay a specific expected receipt
Use only for a receipt already included in the base net cash forecast. The stress test removes that amount from the original month and adds it to the later month. An arrival beyond the test horizon is not counted within it.
Base case and stress case
Opening cash after fees and month-end balances. Intra-month shortfalls are not modelled.

This simulator uses equal monthly accrual periods (annual nominal rate divided by 12), with payments monthly or quarterly in arrears. It does not use actual-day accrual, business-day calendars, tax deductions, foreign exchange or discounting. Terms and principal grace periods must be whole payment periods. Rates remain constant within each scenario; floating-rate annuity payments are recalculated for the scenario. Floors and caps apply to the all-in annual floating rate. A principal grace period still pays interest.
Monthly fees apply until maturity, including grace periods. Upfront fees are paid in cash or added to principal. Exit costs are paid at the start. Bullet loans repay all principal at maturity; other loans can have a final balloon. No refinancing at maturity is assumed. Interest and fees are estimates under these terms, not the platform’s Conditional Cost measure. Unknown fees are not inferred.
Cash-flow analysis assumes replacement of existing principal, a user-supplied net forecast, and constant other-debt payments. It checks the opening balance after fees and month-end cash. It does not assess covenant compliance, credit approval or the availability of future funding. A balance below your chosen reserve is distinct from negative cash.
