Terms of Service

Corporate Debt Lab · Version 2.1 · 30 September 2026

These terms apply to business use of Corporate Debt Lab. Registering for the free trial does not authorize a payment. Paid access requires a separate acceptance of the billing terms and card setup.

1. Service operator

The service is operated by Metal Contact Ltd., UIC 131204817, VAT No. BG131204817, Bulgaria, Sofia 1680, 39 Pirinski Prohod Str. Corporate Debt Lab is the product name.

2. Service scope

The platform supports governed corporate-debt portfolio analysis, structural comparisons, lifecycle evidence and training. Outputs are conditional analytical results, not guaranteed savings, market forecasts, investment advice, credit advice or a substitute for professional treasury, legal, tax or accounting judgement.

3. Customer responsibilities

The customer is responsible for lawful access, accurate and complete portfolio inputs, authorized users, protection of credentials, review of results and all financing or execution decisions. The platform recommendation and the customer decision remain separate records.

4. Trial and subscription

Eligible customers receive one 14-day trial and may activate one additional 14-day trial. After each trial, subscription options are shown. There is no annual subscription in Version 1.0. Professional is EUR 1,000 per calendar month for one named user. Team is EUR 1,500 per calendar month for three named users, with additional Team seats at EUR 200 per named user per month. After the trial, paid access requires acceptance of the monthly terms and verified card setup; no subscription payment is collected at setup. Fees are collected after the calendar service month ends and approved service compensation is deducted. The first partial month is prorated by calendar day. Cancellation and changes to the number of seats take effect from the next calendar month; the current service month remains payable. Each user must have their own verified account. Applicable Bulgarian VAT is 20%, subject to the verified customer tax treatment and mandatory law.

5. Records and deletion

Customer deletion starts a 30-day recovery period. After it expires, eligible records are erased by the retention process. Active Production Portfolios and records subject to legal, dispute or incident hold are protected. Financial and invoice records are retained for 10 years, audit and security records for 6 years, and local backup copies rotate after 35 days, subject to mandatory law.

6. Availability and support

Support is available Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 Europe/Sofia at support@corporatedebtlab.com. Response targets are one support hour for Critical, four support hours for High and one support day for Normal incidents. These are response targets, not resolution guarantees.

7. Intellectual property and data

The customer retains rights in its uploaded data. Metal Contact Ltd. retains rights in the platform, software, documentation, methods and presentation, except for third-party materials. The customer receives a limited, non-transferable right to use the subscribed service internally.

8. Suspension and termination

Access may be limited for expired trials, unpaid subscriptions, security risk, unlawful use or material breach. Preserved records remain subject to the retention policy and lawful holds.

9. Liability and governing law

Responsibility and liability are determined by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These terms are governed by Bulgarian law, subject to applicable mandatory provisions. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria, except where mandatory jurisdiction rules require otherwise.
